Frequently asked questions

Everything creators and consumers ask most. Can't find your answer? Write to support@xbitto.com.

What is Xbitto?

Xbitto is a short link and paywall platform. Creators turn a link into a paid link for a private URL, a video or a photo set, consumers pay in USDC on Solana or USDT on TRON straight to the creator's wallet, and the content unlocks once the payment confirms.

How much does Xbitto cost?

Creating links, short links, statistics and affiliate programs is free. Each delivered sale costs the creator 0.2 credits plus 3% of the price, and 1 credit is 1 USDT. Optional wallet risk checks cost 0.2 credits each. There is no subscription.

Does Xbitto hold my money?

No. Consumers pay creators directly, wallet to wallet. Xbitto never receives, holds or controls those funds and never asks for a private key or seed phrase. The only payment Xbitto receives is a creator buying credits.

Which coins and networks can consumers pay with?

USDC on Solana and USDT on TRON. Each network takes one coin. Creators choose which they accept for each paid link.

How does Xbitto know a consumer has paid?

Every order has a unique amount that differs from the price in its last decimals. When a transfer of that exact amount reaches the creator's wallet and is confirmed on chain, the order unlocks, usually within a minute.

Can consumers pay from an exchange?

Yes. They enter the full amount shown on the order page and send it on the network the page names. If the exchange deducts a small withdrawal fee from what it sends, the order still unlocks.

Does a consumer need an account?

No. Consumers do not sign up or give an email address. Each order has its own page they can return to.

Can I get a refund?

Xbitto cannot refund payments: they go straight to the creator, and on-chain transfers are final. If something is wrong with an order, use Submit Issue on its page. Complaints count against the creator and can block their links or restrict their account.

Where are Vault videos and pictures stored?

In the creator's own Bunny account. Xbitto stores none of the files. Consumers view them on an xbit.to page through addresses that expire within about an hour.

What can I not sell?

Illegal content, anything involving minors, content you do not own or have the right to sell, phishing, malware and misleading offers. Links are checked before they are published, and reports are acted on quickly.

How do affiliate programs work?

A creator opens a program and sets a commission per link. Promoters join with a wallet, share their own links, and the creator pays them directly on chain. Xbitto records sales, verifies payouts and handles disputes, but does not pay commissions itself.

Do I need a website?

No. A paid link is the whole checkout. Share it on Telegram, X, Discord, a bio page or anywhere else a link can go.
