Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Xbitto collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Creators
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), language, time zone and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
- Wallets you add to receive payments, and the results of checks run on them.
- Content details: your links, prices, titles, descriptions and cover addresses. Media in your Vault stays in your own Bunny account; we keep your Bunny keys encrypted.
- Transactions: orders, credits, fees and payouts, which we keep as long as the law and our accounting require.
Consumers
Consumers do not create an account. For each order we keep the paying wallet address, the amount and the transaction ID, all of which are public on the blockchain, and, where the creator asked for it, the wallet address the consumer declared. If you submit an issue or a report, we keep what you wrote and the email address you gave.
Visitors and clicks
We do not store visitors' IP addresses. Click statistics record the country, region, device type, browser family, language and referring site. Unique visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day, so a visitor cannot be followed from one day to the next. Click statistics are kept for three months.
Cookies
xbitto.com sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The dashboard uses one session cookie to keep you signed in, which is strictly necessary.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Google (optional sign-in and checking links against its unsafe-site list), and, when a creator enables wallet checks, a blockchain risk provider. Wallet addresses are checked on public blockchains through node providers.
Your rights
You can export all your account data from Settings → Your Data, and delete your account there. Deleting anonymises your account: records that others rely on, such as completed orders and fee records, are kept without your email or credentials. Consumers and others without an account can write to support@xbitto.com.
