Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Xbitto, including xbitto.com, app.xbitto.com and the short link domains we operate such as xbit.to. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. What Xbitto is
Xbitto provides short links, paid links ("paywalls"), media viewing pages for content stored in a creator's own storage account, and tools for creators to run affiliate programs. Xbitto is a software service. It is not a payment processor, a bank, an escrow agent or a marketplace operator.
2. Payments between consumers and creators
- Consumers pay creators directly, from the consumer's wallet to the creator's wallet, in USDC on Solana or USDT on TRON. Xbitto never receives, holds or controls these funds and never holds anyone's private keys.
- On-chain transfers are final. Xbitto does not refund, reverse or guarantee any payment between a consumer and a creator. Disputes about a purchase are between the consumer and the creator.
- Consumers can submit an issue about any order. Xbitto may act on the creator as described in section 7, but a complaint is not a refund request.
3. Credits and fees
- Creators pay Xbitto a Sales Fee for each delivered order, at the rates shown on the Pricing page when the order opens. Fees are taken from prepaid credits; 1 credit corresponds to 1 USDT.
- Credits are bought by sending USDT or USDC to a wallet Xbitto owns. This is payment for Xbitto's own service. Xbitto does not process or collect bank card details at any point.
- Credits are not money held on your behalf, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If a sale takes your balance below zero, the consumer still receives their purchase and your paid links pause until the balance is positive.
- Optional wallet risk checks are charged per lookup at the rate shown when you enable them.
4. Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and use one account. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for the wallets you add to it.
5. What you may not sell or link to
You may only sell content you own or are authorised to sell. You may not use Xbitto for:
- child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- phishing, malware, scams or misleading offers;
- illegal goods or services, or content that is illegal where you or your consumers are;
- proxying, tunnelling or redirecting to services in a way that hides their nature;
- evading a block, restriction or suspension, including by changing domains or accounts.
Destinations and paid link details are checked before publication. Refused submissions are not explained.
6. Creators' storage
Vault items are stored in the creator's own Bunny account, under the creator's agreement with Bunny. Xbitto stores the credentials needed to sign viewing addresses, encrypted, and never stores the media itself.
7. Enforcement
We may block a link, restrict an account (it can still sign in and appeal, but cannot publish), freeze an affiliate program or suspend an account when we receive reports or complaints, when complaint thresholds are reached, or when we find a breach of these terms. Every restriction can be appealed from the dashboard and is reviewed by a person.
8. Affiliate programs
Commissions are owed by the creator to the promoter. Xbitto records sales, verifies payouts on chain and handles disputes, but does not pay or guarantee commissions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Xbitto is not liable for losses arising from payments between users, blockchain or wallet failures, third-party services such as Bunny, or content published by users. Our total liability to a creator is limited to the fees that creator paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We will announce material changes in the dashboard before they apply; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
